With more than 25 years of experience in the public relations and communications field, she is the founding partner of Communication Consulting Group. She has advised individuals and entities from the private and public sectors, embassies, cooperation organizations, among others. She has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Francisco Marroquín University, a Master's Degree in Reengineering, Computer Science and Social Communication Technologies from Galileo University of Guatemala and a Master’s degree in Senior Management from Colegio de Líderes Fundacion Miguel Cornejo from Mexico.
In December 2002, she graduated in the tenth class of the Diploma in National Strategic Studies of the Foundation for the Institutional Development of Guatemala / Centro ESTNA. She participated in several emergency procedures courses taught by Corporate Communications of Continental Airlines (currently United Airlines) in Houston and Copa Airlines in Panama.
She has been a professor at the Istmo and Galileo universities in Guatemala. Currently, She is the president of the Guatemalan Conventions and Visitors Bureau. In addition, she is a member of the board of directors of Asociación de Gerente de Guatemala (Guatemala Management Association) and Rotary en el corazón de las Américas - Rotary International. She lived in Switzerland from 1988 to 1989 (AFS International Intercultural Programs).
She speaks Spanish and English. She is a founding member of Guatemala La Reforma Rotary Club (2016) and the Academia Guatemalteca Rotaria de Artes y Letras (2021).
